During the last seven years Chris Binner has gained a thorough understanding of the fast-moving Telluride Real Estate Market. His clients are loyal and diverse. They include retired, independent executives, locals and aspiring full-time residents as well as international buyers. Chris shows you Telluride from the vantage point of a proven professional. He holds the distinction of GRI. He wants to tell you the story of how he came to call Telluride home and why he believes Telluride is a sound long term financial and family investment.

Chris Binner is a proud husband, father and grandfather. Growing up with East Coast and Midwest ties, he is a graduate of Princeton University and had a 34-year career at 3M Company. He is a Chemical Engineer, but for most of his corporate life he served in various management roles. Primarily based in Minnesota, he and his growing family yearned to explore the Colorado Rocky Mountains.

In 1984 the Binner family moved to the West for all vacations, becoming second home owners near the Front Range. In 1993 he and his wife Victoria, being explorers at heart, felt the need for landscapes more rural and discovered Telluride. By 1997 Chris bid farewell to 3M and began his Real Estate career.
June 2000 the Binner's moved full-time to Telluride.

Chris enjoys community involvement. For the past five years he has been a member of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Town of Telluride. He is former President of Telluride Rotary and a Board Member, Pinhead Institute, a Smithsonian Affiliate.
