This personalized listing tool allows you to save searches and favorite listings to a personal notebook (folder) that you can return to and review saved listings and re-run any saved searches you've created. And as an added bonus, you can subscribe to an auto-email notification to receive new listings matching your search criteria when they enter our database

To get started, simply conduct a search in our web site for properties that may interest you. When you see a link labeled "Save Search Criteria" or "Save this Listing", just click on the link and that search or listing will be saved to your Personal Notebook. If it is the first time you have saved a search or a listing you will be taken through a short registration process to setup your personal account. The system captures your email address so it can send you the auto-email notifications when new listings matching your criteria enter the database. PNB is an anonymous service and you will not be marketed to unless you ask us to.
